An error occurred while updating the entries

Every time i try to go anywhere in my return on i get the following error An error occurred while updating the entries. It says that it is loading but does not then it says "see inner exception for details. I'd already entered some of the information, so don't know if that might have caused issues. Very dissapointing to see it's been ongoing for over a year now, based on the original date of this post. Earlier this morning I was able to get to "Tax Return", but when prompted to pay, I clicked "Buy Now" and it took me to an error page that said "Server Application Error". I am having the same problem with getting into the 2015 account. I get the error message when trying to remove information.
